Back in 2021, I found myself sitting in a small café in Delhi, watching people rush past the window with their heads buried in phones. That moment sparked something profound – a realization that we'd collectively forgotten how to be present.
What started as personal meditation practice in my cramped apartment near Pitam Pura grew into something much larger. Friends began asking about the calm they noticed in me during stressful times. Colleagues wanted to understand how I managed workplace pressure without burning out.
The breakthrough came when I helped my neighbor, Mrs. Kumar, work through her anxiety about her son's career. Using simple awareness techniques, she found peace she hadn't experienced in years. That's when I knew this had to become more than personal practice.
